At this time, The American room is only available for requests up to 2 months in advance. If you have a special request that falls outside of these available booking dates, please do not fill out the form and instead email event_tokyo@cic.com. We are generally accepting events occurring Monday through Friday. Please enquire if you are hoping to use the space on the weekend.
